Job Responsibilities:

Salary Range:
$750 - $2,200 per month, commensurate with experience.
Location:

- User Story Craftsmanship: You will be responsible for articulating clear and actionable user stories that serve as the foundation for product development.
- Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog according to the strategic product roadmap and operational needs.
- Sprint Planning and Execution: Oversee sprint planning, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet project timelines and goals.
- UI/UX Alignment: Guarantee that the user interface/experience designs are in sync with user stories and enhance customer interaction.
- Release Management: Manage the timeline and execution of product releases to ensure delivery of high-quality features.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure all aspects of the product development cycle are aligned with user stories.
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to translate business needs into technical user stories, fostering strong, productive relationships.

Required Skills:
- Jira Proficiency: Extensive experience with Jira for managing backlogs, sprints, and user stories.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle complex projects.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with a focus on precision in all aspects of work.
- Creativity and Initiative: Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Reliability and Punctuality: Must be dependable with a solid follow-through on tasks.

Required Experience:
- Seasoned Professional: At least 7 years of experience in a role as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager.
- Proven Expertise in Jira: Demonstrated ability in building backlogs and planning sprints utilizing Jira.
- User Story Development: Expertise in crafting user stories that meet the nuanced needs of diverse projects.
