• Proficiency in CDM (Credit Dispute Manager) ( MANDATORY) and FTC (Federal Trade Commission) regulations.
• Experience with LetterStream for correspondence.
• Manage and organize data using Google Spreadsheets.
• Provide exceptional virtual assistant support to the team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in credit repair.
• Strong understanding of CDM, FTC regulations, and LetterStream.
• Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to exceed expectations and deliver high-quality work consistently.
