**Job Title:** Customer Service Administrative Assistant
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for assisting others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
6. Update and maintain customer databases and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
8. Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures while adhering to confidentiality guidelines.
10. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative support role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
