Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Maintain and improve the functionality and aesthetic of the website to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site navigation, integrate new features, and optimize UI/UX.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rates) and develop strategies to improve these metrics.
SEO and Content Creation:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
Regularly produce compelling, relevant, and SEO-optimized content that engages current audiences and attracts new visitors.
Manage the editorial calendar to ensure that content is timely, relevant, and aligned with user interests and market trends.
Digital Marketing and Advertising:
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, SEM, social media,
Analyze campaign performance and iterate on data-driven strategies to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, applying best practices to increase effectiveness.
Social Media Strategy:
Manage and grow
Utilize analytics tools to monitor social sentiment and track engagement rates, adjusting strategies as needed to boost visibility and interaction.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers through various digital channels to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Address customer queries promptly and monitor online reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to track and analyze performance indicators.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, insights, and outcomes to senior management.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and increase sales efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content management.
Strong understanding of web analytics, including Google Analytics and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and the ability to work with back-end SEO elements.
Familiarity with Google AdWords,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
Experience in graphic design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Prior experience in e-commerce or at a digital agency.
