Role Overview:
As a Call Audio Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibility involves reviewing call audio files and inputting data from those audio recordings. You will be trained on what to listen for, and how to use the online platform to access the call audio and input the data. Your excellence in this role aids in providing the most immediate and comprehensive reporting for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Systematically review call audio files to gather relevant information (English spoken language)
• Complete required call counts per day to contribute to the overall Daily Drain Time Goals.
