IT Project Manager with QA Experience

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background to join the team of our client in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology. The role also entails experience in QA and technical documentation writing. We understand the challenges of integrating these diverse areas of expertise at a high professional level, but if you have experience in software testing and documentation creation, it will be a significant advantage.
As an IT Project Manager at Axiom, you will work on various projects, including those in the medical field, e-commerce projects, and more. We value your communication skills, decision-making abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and proficiency in managing developer teams. A thorough understanding of the full software product lifecycle is strictly necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project activities and resources effectively.
- Organize and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Control time management to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Estimate costs and develop project budgets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements and expectations.
- Analyze and manage project risks effectively.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Manage reports and necessary documentation, including technical documentation and QA reports.

Additionally, the responsibilities include:
- Participation in QA testing as needed.
- Creation of technical documentation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in technical integrations.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to different cultures, as the role involves interfacing with content partners worldwide.
- Ability to work across EST time zones.
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
- Fluent in English.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in QA testing
- Experience with technical documentation (SRS)

Working Day:
- Full-time position.

Working Conditions:
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday, with working hours until 3 PM EST.
- Monthly payment (via Payoneer/PayPal or cryptocurrency wallet).
- The position is offered as a freelance contract.
- Days off and vacations are granted upon prior approval from the employer.
