JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly web experiences.
Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Perform website updates, including content, design, and plugins.
Optimize WordPress sites for performance, including speed, SEO, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress websites and applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and web technologies.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth and reliable website functionality.
Provide training and support to clients or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on WordPress usage and maintenance.
Maintain accurate documentation for websites, themes, and plugins.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WordPress developer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with WordPress plugins, themes, and widgets.
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile optimization.
Experience with website performance optimization techniques.
Understanding of SEO best practices and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Knowledge of other web technologies and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with various hosting environments and server configurations.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
