We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent to call and text prospects at a digital marketing agency focused on serving small businesses. You will essentially act as an extension of our clients and responsible for booking appointments with prospects to get them in the door and EXCITED to change their life. This remote position requires fluent and native English proficiency, no strong accent will be accepted. The ideal candidate must have prior call center environment experience, exceptional technological skills and demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Candidates with 2-3 years call center experience are preferred. This is a 100% remote position.

-Calling and messaging prospects to help them book an appointment.
-Tracking and organizing leads.
-Answering inquiries of all prospects.
-Basic administrative tasks.
-Maintain a strong focus on call quality, ensuring that all activities meet or exceed company standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in taking calls on a call center environment
Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM
Quiet place to work full time
Fluent in English with no strong accent
Reliable internet connection with backup
Headset with noise reduction feature

Salary: Php360,000.00 - Php480,000.00 per year
