JOB OVERVIEW

For this role, English language proficiency and a strong Internet connection are required, along with experience using the following tools:

- HubSpot (adding/editing records, Sending emails, scheduling meeting etc.)
- LinkedIn & Sales Navigator (Advance Search, Finding Leads, finding prospects, Posting Articles on personal Bio & Page, Growing connections, etc.)
- Microsoft Office
- Zoom (Scheduling & Editing meetings)
- Instant Checkmate (we will provide training for this)
- Seamless AI (we will provide training for this)
- Gmail. (Managing email)

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation - Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a set of defined parameters, your job will be to generate high-quality leads for our company.

Managing Customers - Using HubSpot as CRM to manage communication as well as marketing complain with our existing and new customers

Content Creation - You will create (AND POST?) content on a regular basis for our social media channels - LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.


Email
Management - You will review all incoming emails and, based on the guidelines we will share with you, respond or filter each email.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Experience with HubSpot
- English language proficiency score of at
- Social Media experience
- Experience with LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
- Experience with MS Office and Excel
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
