JOB OVERVIEW

Qualifications:
- Clear, precise, proactive, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Available to work from 12 PM to 5 PM, US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
- Stable and high-speed internet connection with backup for potential power outages or internet issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or at least 3 years of experience in Customer Support
- Experience with a customer support program, such as Intercom, ZenDesk, or other support programs
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar) and fluency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Sales is a big PLUS but not required (willing to do sales support after a few months + commission for sales)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our customers, the management and other stakeholders involved
- Provide support via live chat, email, and phone support within the required metrics
- Order Management & Tracking - Manage customer orders efficiently, processing payments, ensuring top-notch customer experience and timely delivery.
- Updating our Client's Dashboard on Upgrade to see actual info
- Perform additional administrative duties such as lead generation
- Collaborate closely with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including the writing team, the editor, and the management, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Attend bi-weekly management meeting
