We are a dynamic and growing beauty consultancy agency, dedicated to providing top-tier services in product development and coaching within the beauty industry. As we expand our operations and pursue new investment opportunities, we seek a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and contribute to our financial management and strategic planning efforts.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, updating profit and loss statements, and ensuring the financial health of our business. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of small business operations, and the ability to work autonomously while supporting our broader financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records and financial reports including, but not limited to, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
Provide insights and analyses to support business decision-making and strategy development.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, specifically within small to medium-sized businesses.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent understanding of accounting and financial principles based on experience.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
