Cold Email (B2B) Deliverability Specialist (Apollo.io)

Hello! My company sells to marketing executives at the world's largest companies.

We are looking for a part time individual (likely ~10 hrs/week), someone who is a specialist with:
-Business to Business (B2B) Cold Email Deliverability
-High level of understanding regarding all that is required to ensure B2B cold emails get delivered to the PRIMARY inbox, including (but not limited to): DKIM records, DNS settings, domain setup, email warming etc. etc.
-And, specifically, the software: Upgrade to see actual info (A software designed to find email addresses for targeted individuals and send campaigns to them)

While my team will write all email copy sequences, our 'Head of Cold Email' (you!) will be in charge of ensuring this copy:
-Is place inside the Upgrade to see actual info platform properly, including with all personalized variables to ensure the email looks as personalized as possible...and done on a consistent basis to ensure emails are sent regularly, every day, without fail
-Is sent to the write people (high-up people in marketing at the world's largest companies)
-Is delivered to their primary inbox
-And enough people (see below for desired metrics) are replying as 'Warm Replies'

The metrics you will be evaluated on are:
-Quantity of sends: 500 unique sends/mo, minimum (if you do well, we'll quickly increase this #)
-Open Rate: >40%. This is non-negotiable and industry standard.
-Warm Reply Rate: >0.5%

What's unique is we actually have a plethora (hundreds) of extremely personalized video mockups, ready to utilize. This increases the personalization of these emails immensely. So the odds of success are much higher.

In the past, my team has all phases of this successfully, however recently our deliverability has declined. Thus, part of the first test task I'll provide before hiring will be to complete a full assessment of our team's Upgrade to see actual info account and ask for recommended improvements.
