We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Full Time Outbound Caller. If you're someone who excels at making phone calls, has a strong command of English, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to recent and previous customers to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
Generate appointments through cold calling to potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.
Update and maintain records using spreadsheets.
Requirements:

VERY fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and processes.
Proficient in using spreadsheets for data entry and management.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred but not required.
