Technology Project Manager

We are seeking a Full-Time, Dedicated Project Manager with a keen intellect, robust project management skills, and a fervent drive to shepherd technical projects to their successful completion. This role demands a mix of technical acumen, superb communication abilities, and a strong foundation in project management methodologies, especially in the context of IT infrastructure enhancements.

Responsibilities:
-Lead, plan, execute, and finalize IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migration, server and network deployments and upgrades, and new office setups, adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
-Clearly define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities tailored to IT infrastructure requirements.
-Direct and manage project development from inception to closure with a focus on technical deployments.
-Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents tailored to complex technical projects.
-Communicate project expectations to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders effectively and promptly.
-Engage with project stakeholders continuously, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns.
-Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, with a particular emphasis on technical projects.
-Prepare and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as necessary, especially in response to technical requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications:
-7+ years of project management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to IT infrastructure projects such as cloud migration, server and network deployments, and office setups.
-Profound familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (PMP certification is a must).
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
-Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment, particularly within IT project contexts.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating project teams to deliver within agreed-upon timelines.
-Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional resourcefulness in handling technical project challenges.

Really Nice to Have:
-Experience with ConnectWise or similar project management tools, particularly in the context of managing IT infrastructure projects.
