Developer with experience with webvtt stylingg and stylesheets

im looking fora developer who is familiar with webvtt files and how to style/animate them so i can create css stylesheets and templates for my video editing app. Please respond only with how you propose to help me create animated subtitles and creating stylesheets for webvtt files. im trying to recreate the app called submagic.co, please respond with how you can specifically help me recreate this app. dont give me a general templated answer, provide specific insight into how wed go about creating the remplates for subtitles in the app we're developing.
