Email Deliverability Manager

We're on the lookout for an Email Deliverability Manager to join our team! If you thrive on managing IP and domain reputation, optimizing email campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
• Manage email deliverability, including IP and domain reputation, whitelist/blacklist management, and ISP relationships.
• Oversee PowerMTA or any MTA, as well as ESP management, to ensure efficient email sending.
• Implement and manage email authentication protocols to enhance deliverability and security.
• Conduct A/B testing, develop opt-in strategies, perform statistical analysis, and provide comprehensive reporting on email performance.
• Maintain and optimize mail system infrastructure, including DNS management.
• Utilize Return Path delivery tools and certification to improve inbox placement.
• Provide expertise in list hygiene consulting and advise on email best practices.
• Offer consultation on email marketing strategy development and optimization.

Required Skills:
• 4 to 8 years of experience in email deliverability operations.
• Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of email technology, including SMTP, MTAs, and authentication technologies.
• Experience working with ESPs, ISPs, or email authentication vendors.
• Demonstrated understanding of email reputation strategies, data hygiene, privacy regulations, and anti-spam policies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
