JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support agent to join our team. This role specifically entails providing exceptional support to our e-commerce business through email communication.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes:


•? ?Demonstrates an A-player mentality with a strong work ethic beyond the traditional 9-5 mindset.
•? ?Pro-active (not waiting for tasks to be given)
•? ?Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•? ?experience with Klarna and Paypal disputes
•? ?Has a minimum of one year of experience in customer support within an e-commerce business.
•? ?Proficient in working with Shopify, Helpscout, and Monday.
•? ?Works effectively within a team setting, contributing to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
•? ?Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week (this doesn't mean you'll work 40 hours per week).
