Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee various exterior home projects from inception to completion. This role involves direct collaboration with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project success. Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing projects, breaking down projects into actionable and prioritized task lists, and frequent communication with homeowners and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Work under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize projects.
Communicate effectively with homeowners and suppliers to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Organize and prioritize project tasks effectively.
Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management, particularly in residential settings.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken English.
Ability to work full-time during business hours in Central Standard Time (CST).
