JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our sales team by sourcing contact details of B2B leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation and possess excellent research skills. This remote position requires precision and the ability to follow a defined process consistently.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing: Identify and gather contact information for potential B2B leads according to specific criteria provided by the sales team.

Data Entry: Accurately input lead details into our spreadsheet, ensuring all information is current and correctly formatted.

Research: Utilize various online tools, databases, and social media platforms to find and verify contact information.

Process Adherence: Follow established protocols for sourcing and recording lead information without deviation.

Reporting: Regularly update the sales team on lead generation progress and maintain detailed records of sourced leads.

Feedback: Provide insights and suggestions for improving the lead generation process based on observed trends or challenges.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a lead generation role is highly desirable.
