Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Reels Content Creator. This role involves curating and creating engaging video content for our TikTok and Instagram platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends in digital content and the ability to produce viral reels that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:
-Curate and create 10-15 image slideshow videos daily, aligning with our brand aesthetic and current social media trends.
-Incorporate Oak & Rove’s product images into these slideshows seamlessly.
-Select and sync trending music that enhances the appeal of the video content.
-Develop captivating captions and strategic hashtags to increase visibility and engagement.
-Submit a minimum of one video per day, with the potential for more based on performance and engagement metrics.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in content creation for social media, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
-Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to adapt swiftly to changing content landscapes.
-Excellent visual and textual storytelling skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet daily content delivery deadlines.

Compensation & Bonuses:
-Standard Pay: $5 per video.

Bonus Structure:
-$25 for videos reaching 100,000 views.
-$150 for videos reaching 500,000 views.
-$300 for videos reaching 1,000,000 views.
