JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

To be considered for this position, applicants must submit both a short video recording and a CV.

This position will be an integral and hands-on business development teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for the company and our family of companies. The Business Development Associate will identify and nurture a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Working with the Managing Partner and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, you will assist in the execution and development of our business development plans, analyze existing processes, make strategic improvements, and measure program effectiveness.

You will help us with both traditional outbound sales (i.e. calls, emails, etc. selling a service) as well as deal origination (i.e. calls, emails, etc. to companies inquiring if they would consider a sale).

Essential duties include:

Monitor and maintain existing customer acquisition flows
Develop new and innovative customer acquisition programs
Analyze and identify new strategic growth opportunities and build a business case to support the opportunity
Review existing data, sourcing, and processes in order to produce actionable insight and analysis, including ROI analysis and specific recommendations
Source and evaluate potential strategic partnerships
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and individuals to achieve business goals


Minimum Qualifications:

Excellent English (American accent preferred)
Excellent people skills
Process-oriented with some statistical and technical analytical skills
Able to work cross-functionally
Be detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Must be outgoing and confident in customer-facing situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
Experience with other sales & marketing technology solutions (i.e. drip email campaigns, etc)
Project management experience
Process-oriented with an ability to focus on process improvement
Creative problem-solving skills
