Paid Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist/Social Ads Expert to drive successful Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns for Minty.
This role involves setting up targeting, refining creatives, and potentially managing campaigns on a monthly basis, starting with a budget of £1000 per month, with the potential for scaling based on results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Facebook and LinkedIn Ads strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions for Minty.
Conceptualize and create compelling ad copies, images, and videos
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to enhance results
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure advertising strategies remain competitive and effective
Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall business goals and initiatives
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and future strategy adjustments
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience managing FB and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, preferably focused on lead generation
Proficiency in crafting FB ads for Stories, Reels, and LinkedIn Ads
In-depth knowledge of Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance tracking
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results
Experience in a marketing ad agency is preferred
Intermediate graphic design skills and basic video editing techniques are a plus
