Be Our Rockstar Remote VA: Creativity, Communication & Efficiency A Must!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats with a smile, and have a knack for design and video editing? We're seeking a highly motivated virtual assistant to join our dynamic 8-person team!

This is NOT your typical VA role! We're looking for someone who excels in these areas:

Graphic Design Guru:
You'll be our go-to for eye-catching flyers, menu creation, and edits using Adobe Photoshop. Think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table!

Video Editing Wiz:
You'll masterfully craft engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut. Storytelling skills are a plus!
Communication Champion: Stay connected with our team via WhatsApp for quick updates and track progress on Trello boards. Video conferencing will be key for discussions and building rapport.
Lifelong Learner: We value continuous growth! Stay on top of design trends and be open to learning new skills based on our needs.

The Fine Print:
Must be available for instant communication on WhatsApp during business hours.
Daily logging of availability and messaging on/off status is a must.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and video editing software (Premiere Pro or CapCut) is mandatory.
English speaking and typing is vital.

We will be sending a series of links to you for review. If you review them and then find that you can do similar quality, we'll see about adding you to a whatsapp group where we will give you instructions on a sample test or two to see how you perform. If we like your work, and you prove you can communicate well, complete in proper time, and show creativity as well as care for the work, we'll discuss the next steps with you.

Even if you DON'T get selected for the position, we will keep you on file in case a position opens up or give you gig work.

PS: We know how long a task takes to complete, if you take on a task that should be 1hr and then say it took all day, we might look at it and say you aren't efficient :(
