Photoshop Specialist / Graphic Designer for T-Shirt Design & General Work

**Type of Employment**: Initially project-based with a commitment of 10 hours per week. Hours may increase based on successful collaboration.

**Compensation**: $7 per hour

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Freelance T-Shirt Designer & Photoshop Specialist to join our team remotely on a 10h per Week basis. This role involves designing eye-catching t-shirts and working extensively with Photoshop to manipulate and organize mockups and layers. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and illustrate t-shirt concepts that meet project specifications.
- Use Photoshop to create and adjust mockups, manage layers, and prepare final design files for production.
- Occasionally handle video projects using Premiere Pro, if applicable.
- Collaborate remotely with the team to ensure design standards and project timelines are met.
- Organize and manage files using Google Docs for efficient teamwork and file sharing.
- If possible, designing own illustrations and drawings. This would be a big plus, but is not required

**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and familiar with Google Docs.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Must have a comprehensive portfolio that includes t-shirt designs and Photoshop projects.
- Very important: Portfolio must clearly indicate which parts of the designs are original and which elements were sourced from external platforms like freepik, Vexels, etc. Please write us exactly which parts you did on a sample design yourself and which parts are from external sources.
