Customer Experience Virtual Assistant for Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are a luxury e-commerce brand seeking a virtual assistant to help with customer service and related administrative tasks.

Your Mission: Keep our customers happy while balancing the needs of our business.

Tasks may include:
- Effectively solving customer inquiries (mostly via our email ticketing software)
- Data entry and maintaining clean data for customer service processes
- Know our products in detail and be able to speak about them with passion
- Analyze trends in customer issues to highlight important themes in customer feedback to reduce the number of inbound inquiries

Our ideal candidate:
- Has great English comprehension and written English
- Loves to help people
- Has good judgment when it comes to handling customer inquiries effectively
- Has very high attention to detail
- Is organized
- Can learn new tech tools with ease
- Is familiar with Excel / Google Sheets
- Is available to eventually work full-time

- Our team is based in Hong Kong; the same time zone as the Philippines so you can work ‘normal’ working hours. (If you prefer to work nights/weekends, that’s also OK for us)

This role would start as a part-time role (3-4 hours a day) with a goal to ramp up to full-time (40 hours/week) within a few weeks once we are all confident in the onboarding.

Hourly rate starts at $3.75/hour
Full-time rate starts at $600/month (40 hours/week)

There is an opportunity for pay increases as candidates take on greater responsibility and perform well.
