Experienced Video Editor

Hello, thank you for reading my job posting. I am looking for someone who will be loyal and dedicated to this job. (Please do not apply if you are a beginner editor or you do not use Adobe Premiere pro. Thank you!)

I have been editing videos myself for over 10 years. I have a brand that I have grown on my own but I am getting more work now than I can't keep up with and so I am looking for someone who can take the stress off of me of having to edit so many videos but done with a professionalism and look that is either similar to mine or even better than mine!

I shoot all types of videos ranging from Weddings that can be 4-6 min highlight videos, to corporate events that are 1-2 min recaps, to birthday parties for kids and adults that also are 1-2 min recaps, etc. and more recently I am getting into creating social media content for different businesses here in the states. These videos are typically 30 sec reels to promote whatever the businesses wants to highlight. Will need someone with great english as communication between you and I are super important to get the jobs done right for the clients. I am actively going out to businesses to gain them as clients to do social media work for them and place them on monthly fees so that work is always consistent. All we have to do is do a good job and they will keep us both having consistent money.

Just to reiterate. I am looking for someone who is a GREAT video editor specifically. If you have other skills related to video editing such as motion graphics, after effects, etc. that would be a plus but not mandatory to get the job. If you do not have these additional skills, it will not disqualify you from the job.

Last thing, the base salary is a range, this job will have great opportunity for growth as our company gets bigger and takes on more clients. I will be willing to give a raise as soon as we get an additional client and every time we get an additional client, I will give you a raise! If you are willing to grow with me, I will grow with you and we can do some great things!
