As we continue to expand our Broker Concierge platform, we are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Operations in various administrative and operational tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include new hire onboarding, license application and renewals, vendor and lender management, HR support, benefits administration, digital organization, marketing assistance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate new hire onboarding paperwork and tech setup processes.
Manage company, branch, and individual license applications and renewals.
Coordinate vendor and lender sign-ups and renewals.
Assist with licensing, compliance, and continuing education requirements.
Support HR functions including policies, procedures, benefits administration, and payroll.
Collaborate on goal planning initiatives.
Assist in digital organization and file management.
Provide support for marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Comergence, government websites, LOS, Trello, Mighty Network, and Go High Level.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Row 1: 8).
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a flexible mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with the mortgage brokerage industry is advantageous.
Experience with client communication and customer service.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with daily communication during US business hours.
9AM - 5PM EST / Schedule
Start Date: May 15, 2024
