Position Title: Google Ads and Meta Ads Expert
Location: WFH/Remote/PH
Type of Employment: Full-time
Salary Range: Php 45,000-50,000 (FT)

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads and Meta Ads Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, proficiency in campaign optimization techniques, and a track record of driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Create and manage multiple ad campaigns, ad groups, and ad creatives to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize campaign performance.

Keyword Research and Optimization:
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for inclusion in ad campaigns.
• Continuously optimize keyword targeting, bid strategies, and ad copy to improve ad relevance and quality score.
• Monitor keyword performance and adjust bidding strategies to maintain competitive positions and maximize ROI.

Ad Creative Development:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and video content.
• A/B test ad variations to determine the most effective messaging, imagery, and calls-to-action.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in ad creative development to ensure our ads remain competitive and engaging.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
• Utilize audience targeting tools and segmentation techniques to reach specific demographic, geographic, and behavioral audiences.
• Create custom audience lists based on user behavior, interests, and interactions to improve ad targeting and campaign performance.
• Test different audience segments and refine targeting strategies based on performance insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results (Non-negotiable)
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including PPC advertising, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications are a plus.
