Experienced Web developer (also looking for UX/UI and web design)

Seeking an experienced web developer with experience in design (OR designer on your team).

Project description:

The website will be for students applying to a special type of graduate school. There are ~135 graduate schools and each has different admissions requirements and features - we already have all the data needed. This will be a #1 resource for students interested in this specialty. I would like to do a few things:

1. Make a search tool that will allow students to search for programs based on requirements (location, minimum grades, minimum years of experience, cost, etc… there are about 10-13 parameters). Each program will also have a separate page with longer descriptions of requirements, their features and benefits.

2. A place for current and accepted students to submit reviews and rate programs on different categories (that will ultimately show up in point 1 - school search to help future students dUpgrade to see actual info if this is a good program for them)
