Job Responsibilities?
1. Recruit potential live streaming anchors through personal talents network, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other live streaming platform channels, evaluate and interview the anchors, and select high-quality anchors
2. Responsible for the training management and relationship maintenance of contracted anchors, assisting anchors to broadcast and solve problems in the live broadcast process
3. Assist the hosts to formulate live broadcast content, manage and standardize the atmosphere of the live broadcast room, and improve the live broadcast process
4. Complete live streaming live data recording and replay in time to improve live broadcast data
5. Monitor the Competitive product dynamics and make the strategy and movement accordingly
Job requirements:
1. Relevant live broadcast operation experience is preferred
2. Fluent in English for daily communication
3. Understand the characteristics of the local platform and in-depth users of live broadcast products.
4. Lively personality, a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
5. To understand live broadcasts, the anchor resources of live streaming platforms are preferred
