JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to provide administrative support to our project management team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining organized project files, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring efficient communication among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to project management, project engineers, and project accountants.
Maintain neat, orderly, and complete legal documents and project files.
Assist other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as needed and take responsibility for delivering delegated tasks within specified deadlines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Work with project teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to maintain complete and accurate records for multiple projects.
Perform clerical support functions as required, including assisting project accountants with subcontractor and material supplier compliance.
Establish and maintain effective communication with company personnel, including management.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of work area and complete special projects as assigned.
Use current templates for standard document creation.

Specific Duties

Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineer, and Accountant to understand the needs of each project and provide assistance accordingly.
Track submittals, review meeting minutes, and follow up with subcontractors or material suppliers as needed.
Set up electronic and main files for new job numbers.
Proofread, distribute, and file all Project Manager correspondence in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain open communication with Project Manager to prioritize tasks and clarify expectations.

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in building, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or related field.
2-5 years of project management experience.
Minimum 12 months of experience working with foreign projects in US, AU, Canada or New Zealand.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to personal and professional development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Other Requirements:

Knowledge of HSE regulations and construction standards
Ability to develop and implement the project WHS&E (Environmental Health and
Safety) Plan which includes the safety risk assessment and if necessary, the JSEA.
Has strong business ethics and is aware of and refers where appropriate Anti Bribery and Corruption (ABC) matters.
