Responsibilities:
Must have experience in cold-calling prospects and following up when needed.
Must be energetic, able to build rapport during a conversation, and can handle objections
Must be able to follow a cold-calling script to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Must be flexible and able to use different software and dialers.
Inbound and outbound sales experience is a plus
Has knowledge and experience with CRM Management
Knowledge of skip tracing, cold email marketing, and transaction coordination can be a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience in a Law Firm is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
