eCommerce Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Inventory Manager to oversee and enhance inventory tracking and management for our products located in the United States and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Fishbowl Inventory Software (Upgrade to see actual info), with a proven track record in managing inventory systems and facilitating efficient purchase order processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and maintain precise inventory tracking in Fishbowl Inventory Software to monitor stock levels across multiple locations.
- Analyze historical sales data from Shopify and Seller Central to draft and revise purchase orders, ensuring optimal stock levels of 90-120 days on all parts.
- Liaise with vendors to track and manage purchase orders, maintaining strong relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual terms.
- Work closely with the accounting team to align purchase orders with budgetary constraints and cash flow priorities, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Utilize advanced inventory management techniques to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve inventory turnover.
