Recruiting Manager strong Project Management

My client is hiring an experienced Recruiting Manager who has experience hiring developers, UX designers and marketers. Detail of this role:
+ Full-time only
+ Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm EST (1 hour lunch break)
+ Work from home, remote working
+ Base: $800/ month + performance bonus $200 - $500/mo
+ Provided AI training, digital marketing training + copywriting training

This job entails 2 main duties:
+ Recruiting: recruit, interview, select and recommend new hires
+ Project Management: manage multiple projects using Click up

Qualifications:
++ Proven track record in hiring developers, UX designers and marketers in prior jobs.
++ An understanding of AI and SaaS trends is a plus.
++ Experience as a Content Manager or Social Media Manager is a plus.
++ Exceptional communication abilities.
++ Strong leadership and team management skills.
++ Proficiency in Google Drive products.
