Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and assisting in the onboarding process for new clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing of Features:
- Collaborate with the development team to test new features and enhancements.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and usability of new features meet quality standards.
- Provide feedback to the development team regarding any bugs or issues discovered during testing.

Fixing Technical Issues:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes of problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Onboarding Clients in the System:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through the setup and configuration of our systems.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are proficient in using our systems effectively.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by clients during the onboarding process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
