THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

The job position involves creating and managing the social media presence of the company & brand.


Required Duties:

As a Social Media Virtual Assistant for our property investment business, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media campaigns to attract potential investors and create a compelling online presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Content Planning and Creation: Develop a monthly content calendar outlining social media posts and stories.

- Curate engaging content using provided images/videos, or design graphics using your creative skills and royalty-free material.

- Ensure content aligns with our brand identity and messaging.

- Scheduling and Coordination: Utilise provided scheduling software to plan and schedule social media posts in advance. Coordinate with Vivo Team (WhatsApp) to gather necessary content and information for posts.

- Researching Hashtags for posts where used Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers with likes to relevant & brand aligning content.

- Identify & follow relevant accounts, including content creators, peers, and industry figures. Implement strategies to increase follower numbers and engagement.

- Analytics and Reporting: Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results. (Analysis by TNT)

- Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices. Conduct research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Abilities: Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Good graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant chosen software. Familiarity with scheduling tools and social media analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK). Knowledge of the UK property investment industry is a bonus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines & take additional directions from WhatsApp Group

We are looking for someone passionate about creating content and captivating and eye-catching posts that attract and engage followers. The goal is to enhance the brand's online image and drive audience growth by creating visually appealing and compelling content across various social media platforms.

We would also need someone who is independent and could do research on how similar businesses interact online with their social media presence. We would be looking for someone tech-savvy, who has graphic design skills or strong photo-editing skills, and video editing experience. We would like to start using AI tools for various aspects of our business. We would be looking for someone with interest and knowledge in AI as a plus.

There will also be various recurring admin tasks: Providing administrative support and assistance to our company by performing various tasks such as managing emails, marketing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, organizing documents, and handling other administrative duties.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

As a crucial role in our business, you will significantly impact our success. By increasing our social media presence and efficiently managing various aspects of our operations, such as refining processes, as well as administrative tasks, you will attract more followers and drive overall growth.


PAY AND HOURS

- The starting rate for this role will be $4 an hour with the view of increasing to $5.5 an hour long-term and based on performance.

- This position is available to start as soon as possible

- This is a long-term position.

- The schedule for this role is flexible, however, we would prefer UK mornings to start with, this could be changed after the first few months. We would set up a fixed schedule that works for you at the start.

- You will be available for at least:
10 hours per week.

- Possibility of additional hours after the first few months. We are looking for someone to grow with us so if you prove to be the right fit we would be increasing the hours overtime.

- We will pay you weekly

- We offer one day's paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.
