Construction Project Manager

A fast-growing real estate development company is looking for an experienced project manager to manage all construction projects from start to completion. Track all budgets, timelines, material orders, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed promptly and within the budget
- Manage construction project materials, designs, timelines, and budget
- Manage timelines on the construction side and permitting side
- Manage and track material orders to ensure the contractor has everything beforehand
- Manage and track progress, report to CEO weekly on all project progress
- Standardize material order process
- Manage project budgets

Skills:
-At least 2 years in construction project management a must
-Proactive

Compensation: Dependent on experience
