EXPERIENC ED YouTube Video Editor/Thumbnail Creator

I am looking for a full time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel. I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails for Crypto.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I am looking for someone who can edit the video, figure out the main point of the video, and know what to put on the thumbnail without me having to tell them and without me having to give you much input. I would like someone who can create/edit 3 high quality videos per week. You will be supplied with the script as well as the voice over audio file for each video.
You can work any 8 hour shift, 5 days per week that you would like. Starting pay for this position is $350 USD for the with additional an opportunity to move up in the future. All payments will be issued weekly via Wise Transfers.
