JOB OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website Management: Independently update and maintain websites using Wix, ensuring content accuracy and freshness.
Research and Analysis: Perform in-depth research on AI tools, synthesize findings into comprehensive reports, and develop insights and recommendations. Utilize advanced research methodologies and data analysis software.
Social Media and Marketing: Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms to generate leads and engage followers. Use social media analytics tools to refine strategies.
Content Creation: Design and produce newsletters, video presentations, and ebooks focused on AI tools, ensuring alignment with brand and visual standards. Utilize design and video editing software.
E-commerce and Online Store Management: Oversee operations on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, including inventory management, product listings, and customer interactions.
Bookkeeping: Maintain financial records using accounting software. Prepare reports tracking expenses, invoices, and revenues.
Organization and Communication: Manage schedules and communications efficiently, maintaining detailed records and client interactions.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in Wix, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience as an E-Commerce and Digital Content Specialist or in a similar role.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Tech-savvy with a strong analytical mindset.
