Lead Generation / Blog Post Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for help managing mailchimp and my wordpress site. I want to post blog content to my site and substack twice a week. I'm looking for help automating my Mailchimp campaign to send off emails by RSS whenever I post to my blog.

I have the blog written and want someone to post them, track engagement (Let me know if there are important/useful coUpgrade to see actual infonts) and help me develop my new CRM system (17 Hats).

I think this work will be 5-10 hours per week and may grow with time, depending on business needs.
