Responsibilities:

> Manage all aspects of Amazon seller central, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service.
> Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
> Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
> Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
> Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
> Assist with advertising campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
> Handle returns, refunds, and disputes in a professional manner.
> Manage other e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, and others as needed.
> Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements:

> Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant (MINIMUM 3 YEARS)
> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
> Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
> Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
> Self-motivated and proactive with a "go-getter" attitude.
> Willingness to take on any tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
> Familiarity with Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
> Must be driven and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the company.
