Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in creating engaging and informative content across various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, YouTube, and email marketing, with a focus on financial education and insurance advice for the 30-70 age demographic. This role requires a deep understanding of our core audience's needs and interests.

Responsibilities:

Content Development & Management
Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with company goals and campaign schedules.
Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our niche market, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and podcasts.
Produce educational materials that address specific financial topics, such as retirement planning, estate planning, insurance options, and financial literacy.

Video and Podcast Production
Script and produce explainer videos and client testimonial videos for our YouTube channel.
Coordinate and record podcast episodes, including interviews with industry experts and financial advisors.
Ensure all multimedia content is edited and presented in a professional manner suitable for our audience.
Social Media Content Creation

Create and schedule regular posts for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Threads, .
Develop content that promotes user engagement, such as interactive polls, Q&A sessions, and infographics.
Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to adapt content effectively.

SEO and Blog Writing
Write SEO-optimized blog posts that enhance our visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic.
Incorporate keywords and phrases that target local and interest-based searches relevant to our services.
Update website content regularly to ensure relevance and engagement.


Email Marketing
Develop content for email newsletters, promotional offers, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Design email templates that are visually appealing and aligned with our brand's messaging.
Segment email lists to tailor messages for different audience groups, improving personalization and response rates.
Community Engagement and User-Generated Content

Encourage and facilitate community engagement through contests, surveys, and user-generated content campaigns.
Collaborate with the social media team to highlight and share community stories and testimonials that reinforce our brand's impact.

Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, such as the social media manager and project manager, to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
Provide regular reports on content performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future content strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a content creator, with a portfolio of written and multimedia content.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing.
Experience with video and podcast production, including scripting, filming, and editing.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Background in finance, insurance, or related fields is highly preferred.
