Survey Data Analyst

We are looking for a Survey Data Analyst to join our growth marketing team. This teammate develops and implements surveys and ensures accurate reporting on the survey results via dashboards and presentation decks.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position's job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

Assist with the writing and development of consumer surveys
Visualize survey data in Tableau dashboards and Google Sheets reports
Create dashboards in the survey platform
Derive actionable business insights from survey feedback & share with stakeholders
Create summary decks using client-provided templates
Monitor customer reviews and identify and illuminate trends and insights
Develop data tools for automated analysis
Leverage web analytics tools to analyze how customers behave on an e-commerce website
The Requirements

Consumer research experience using a survey tool is a must-have
Experience developing Tableau dashboards
Must have advanced experience developing surveys and building dashboards using a survey tool or platform (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, Alchemy, Alteryx, etc.)
Skilled at visualizing data points using Google Sheets or MS Excel
Should have experience with Slack and Google Suite
Intermediate SQL programming experience
Experience with Asana or similar project management platform
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools
Should be keen to details, highly organized, has strong analytical skills, proactive, responsive, and complete deliverables on time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work in the graveyard/night shift schedule following any timezone in the US (ex. 9PM - 6AM Philippine Time)
