We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing genius to join the VHG Organics team as an expert Instagram Marketer and Manager who can execute at a high standard.

We are a creative and bold start-up. A small fast-growing Natural Haircare brand within the e-commerce space. We are independent thinkers, and solution oriented. We take pride in our work and always execute our best work, respect one another, we always put the customers first. We make premium quality natural organic hair growth and hair care products for black women and women of colour who have curly, afro hair. On our Instagram and social media platforms we post daily Instagram content specific to healthy haircare, educating people on how to easily grow healthy long hair. 50% of our content is also curated, we source the best TOP quality Viral hair, beauty and culture videos from Instagram and TikTok and reshare these onto our Instagram page to our global community.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an INSTAGRAM MARKETING + MANAGING EXPERT! We are looking for a self-starter, self-motivator and a "manager of One" - able to take initiative, elevate our existing online brand presence, help to push our content and products to thousands of people online, get things done correctly without constant communication with management as we do not like to micro-manage.

We are keen to hire an experienced, creative, professional, trustworthy, hard-working, enthusiastic and dedicated Instagram Social Media Marketer, Manager and Content Creator to join our team. We’re looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow with the company.

The right person needs to have a passion for Instagram, great customer service skills, be skilled at using Canva, must be trustworthy, respectful and honest! As you will help us run and manage our Instagram business account for our Natural Haircare business.

We’re looking for a creative thinker with great online marketing skills and strategies, amazing organisation and scheduling skills, good design skills (using Canva), excellent English communication and networking skills, and excellent English writing skills.

The successful candidate will be required to:
• Work alongside the team to help continuously refine our social media growth and sales strategy (followers growth, brand reach/awareness and online store sales strategies).
• Successfully and efficiently execute our social media strategy.
• Manage our Instagram account daily.
• Engage with our followers.
• Respond to customer enquiries via DM’s and provide quality customer support.
• Help create engaging content inside Canva for product promotions.
• Schedule and post daily content on our Instagram page feed and stories.
• Implement content and marketing strategies on our Instagram that’ll help grow our followers, and brand reach and increase our organic sales.
• Use Instagram to market our online store and hair products. Build brand awareness, attract online followers and generate daily/weekly online sales.
• Help to build our Instagram community and grow our following.
• Provide weekly analytics reporting - regularly analyse the performance of our social media accounts growth, provide detailed reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Complete plagiarism-free content/campaigns submitted at a specific time.
• Follow instructions and use your initiative to start a new task after completing one.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic Instagram Social Media users with a passion for customer service and the technical know-how to properly use the Instagram platform to make sure that the content that is posted reaches a wider audience.

Attitude and experience are both very important to us! The right person must have great online marketing skills, proven marketing experience and creative strategy. You must:
• Be hardworking and very organised.
• Have speed in execution.
• Produce work that has gotten traction online.
• Be able to source and produce quality content consistently.
• Work fast-paced and accurately!
• You must be a quick learner.
• Open to training and self-development.
• Must have GREAT attention to detail!

The right person must have proven experience as an Instagram social media manager, good content creation and content marketing skills (using Canva), have good knowledge of and be reasonably skilled in the following systems, as these are the systems we use daily in the operations of our business:
• Instagram for Business
• Canva
• Later Social Media Scheduler
• Inshot App
• SnapInsta App
• Repost App
• Google Drive
• Chatra (Online chat box)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Must have an excellent, reliable and FAST internet connection! This is very important!!
• Must have a strong practical knowledge of Instagram and social media marketing (Instagram will be used for list growth and product promotion)
• Scheduling and posting on Instagram - Must be able to schedule posts ahead of time
• Must complete work each week on time with minimal supervision. You’ll ideally be running your own department and need to be self-sufficient in the work that you do. You will always have support when needed.
• Must be familiar with Canva, Later, Instagram stories, carousel posts, Instagram reels, Instagram growth and marketing strategies (and being able to pivot as things change)
• You will be sending direct messages on Instagram to people who follow our business page and engage in our company's Instagram content with the purpose of building relationships
• Customer support - Responding/ answering DMs in a timely manner
• Great professionalism and timeliness in completing tasks
• Must have experience and be skilled in Canva graphic design
• Must be a highly productive, self-motivated, independent worker and very disciplined
• Planning and Organising - the ability to plan and prioritise workload, and work on their own accord
• Passion - keen interest in Instagram social media engagement and delivering excellent customer service
• Managing Changeability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
• Must be able to stay on top of deadlines, and allow enough time to fix issues that may arise last-minute during projects.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer questions and reviews


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ Years Marketing experience
• 1+ Years experience with Instagram for business (marketing)
• Experience in posting, commenting, liking and messaging on Instagram
• Contacting and collaborating with influencers to have them promote our products
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills to always keep customers happy
• Must have own personal phone (preferably iPhone)
• Must have own personal working computer and high-speed reliable internet
• Must communicate regularly with the team
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time

SALARY
The starting salary is up to US$500 per month (NEGOTIABLE) - depending on experience.

The job role currently offers full-time hours 6-7 hours a day Monday - Friday. Working hours will be from 10 am to 5 pm GMT (UK, London Time zone).
