Real Estate Acquisition (Fix and Flip)

Overview:
We need someone to help us find good properties to buy, fix up, and sell for profit. If you've done this kind of work before and know what makes a great real estate deal, please apply.

Responsibilities:

Finding Properties: Search online, talk on the phone, and connect with local businesses to find houses or buildings we could buy.

Checking the Market: Learn about the area where the properties are located. Understand how much similar properties are selling for and if it's a good time to invest there.

Talking to People: Build relationships with real estate agents, contractors, and others who can help us find good deals.

Investigating: Check properties carefully to make sure they're worth buying. This means checking things like the condition of the building and renovation costs.

Learning: Stay updated on what's happening in the real estate world and learn new ways to find good deals.

Qualifications:

You must have experience in real estate.
Good at talking to people and making deals.
Must have great English without an accent.
Able to understand finances.
Can work alone or with a team.
Need stable internet and a PC.

Payment: $5 per hour
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM EST)
Payment Method: Twice a month via PayPal.
