Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of 2-5 virtual employees involved in property research.
- Hire and coordinate local photographers to take pictures of properties.
- Handle logistical tasks post-property acquisition such as obtaining insurance, changing locks, and communicating with existing occupants.
- Place properties for sale and manage all incoming inquiries through phone, text, and email.
- Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Regularly communicate over the phone with the company owner, county representatives, and various vendors, including - surveyors and contractors, to facilitate project processes and address any issues.
- Utilize Asana software to track all work and project-related tasks effectively.
- Proactively suggest modifications to current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- The Project Coordinator will report directly to the company owner.

Required Skills:
- Experience in real estate or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in project coordination, preferably in real estate or a related sector.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and property management.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in handling inquiries and communications in various formats, including significant comfort with phone communications.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Additional Job Requirements:
- College Degree
- Experience with Google Workspace: Gmail, Drive, Google Voice, Meet, Calendar, etc.
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and trustworthy
- Excellent English grammar: written and spoken
- Very reliable high-speed internet and backup data connection
- Very reliable power and backup power if not in a big city

Job Details:
- This is a full-time, 40-hour/week, long-term position (you cannot have another employer)
- Typically work during US Eastern Time Zone daytime hours - Monday through Friday

Compensation package:
• Competitive compensation: as much as Php600,000 annual earnings.
