Technical Support Specialist - Bulk Email Systems

Manage and ensure optimal performance of cold email server infrastructure.
Provide direct support and troubleshooting for server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
Monitor server performance and generate reports on system health.
Educate customers on best practices and compliance for cold emailing.

Requirements

Experience in managing and supporting email servers, especially cold email setups.
Strong understanding of email server software, DNS, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical support experience.
