Social Media Manager / VA

Company: A dynamic accounting firm focused on content creators providing expert financial solutions with a personal touch.

Position: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who is proficient in managing social media platforms and creating compelling digital content, with a strong capability in graphic design and video editing.

Location: Remote (Must overlap with at least a few hours of the Mountain Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and schedule posts across our social media channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
-Create engaging content for social media, including graphics, reels, and videos.
-Assist with administrative tasks and project management using ClickUp.
-Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers via Slack and
-Utilize GoHighLevel for customer relationship management. Note - advanced GHL skills are a plus.
-Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager.
-Strong skills in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
-Experience with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Slack, LinkedIn, and Dripify.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
