Summary:
The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys in various legal tasks, including legal research, document drafting, case preparation, and client communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research using online databases, libraries, and other resources to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Assist attorneys in organizing and managing case files, including document review, indexing, and maintaining case calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other discovery materials.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
