Lead Generation and Client Management Specialist

We require a specialist with proven experience in lead generation and client management for a digital agency. They must be excellent communicators with strong English writing and speaking skills and great attention to detail. The role is client-facing by email and over Zoom.

The role includes the following tasks:

• creating, writing and running lead-generation campaigns via email and LinkedIn - we want 4 new clients a month for our entry-level SEO and hosting packages
• re-engaging our existing contacts and past prospects with our new services
• managing client onboarding
• briefing and coordinating our marketing and development teams
• making sure clients are happy (email, Zoom calls, WhatsApp messages)
• managing our Trello
• setting up and managing our CRM
